Becky Harbour, Mr. Ratcliff’s assistant, has been providing support to the firm for nearly ten years. Sharon Johnson is Mr. Shackleford’s and Mr. Carmichael's assistant, and has put 35 years of dedicated service into making our legal team what it is today. Joan Murphree has worked for more than 30 years as the firm's bookkeeper. All help create a warm, welcoming environment in the office while addressing and easing the concerns of our clients.
